Community Diaper Drive

March 2026

As we partner with the school district and other local non-profits, we have noticed a dramatic increase in requests for diapers (especially larger sizes & pull-ups) and toiletries items. Food and warm clothing are also on the list.

Here’s how you can help!

• Host a diaper drive
Give online & we will shop
• Partner with a nearby school and coordinate with school liaison

Donations may be dropped off at Family Life Center.

Diapers & wipes collected by We Love Our City will be distributed to Care Net, Fusion, Babies & Beyond Diaper bank, and FW School District.

Annual Turkey Drive

Happy Thanksgiving!

WLOC partners donated 300 turkeys and 250 pounds of non-perishable food items to the FW Senior Center, FW public schools, and the FW Vet Center. We know many churches rallied and supplied meals and food to hundreds of families in our community. Thank you, Brooklake, for starting the annual Turkey Drive and for letting us tag along! We are grateful for each of you!

Parents will have the chance to “shop” for and wrap their children’s gifts while their children have a blast in our fun-filled kids zone.

There are multiple ways to get involved as a volunteer, and we need 200 dedicated individuals to make this event a resounding success. Join us in spreading holiday cheer and making this day unforgettable for our community! Find out more…
